History.

In 1962 Heinrich Wegener founded the company as a forge and trading company with a repair workshop for agricultural machinery. In 1971 his son Hermann Wegener took over the company. He successively expanded the production, so that Wegener Stahlservice has developed into an important service provider in the production of semi-finished products. Since 2010, Frank Wegener has been running the family business in third generation.

Wegener Stahlservice has established itself on the national and international market as a reliable partner for high-quality semi-finished products made of steel. We have been supplying well-known manufacturers of bridges, vehicles, cranes, agricultural machinery and mechanical engineering equipment for many years, ensuring excellent cooperation and continuous customer satisfaction.
